1. Can I Track My Shipment?
Yes, you can. You can track your shipment at the carrier websites, And also, If you have any questions, simply contact us for an update.

Importer need to check locally for any such guidelines.
2. How to do KYC?
Know Your Customer, commonly known as KYC, enables us to validate the identity of our customers. To complete your KYC process, need to share stamped and singed copy of your GST, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Electricity Bill matching the address on invoice. Please Note: The uploaded address proof must be the same as that of the shipping address.

Time in Transit varies country to country and speed opted for the services. We do have Express, Expedited and Economy Services. Customer can get estimated delivery time at the time of booking the shipment.
5. My shipment is damaged or the content is missing. What can I do?
When your shipment is delivered by Delivery Person, you have to raise the issue within 48 hours from the delivery date. Carrier will give insurance amount as per their liability max up to 100 USD if it is found shipment damage due to carrier mistake. Improper packaging will not be qualified for any claim Please send the damage Images and Opening Video to us. We will Investigate on the same then claim the damaged or lost parcel.
